We handle prototype assembly quantities from 1 to 10 boards. This service lets you get complex designs built for testing without worrying about electronic assembly workmanship. Our proto assembly area has a unique layout design that allows flexible mixing of automated and manual part loading stations. We can also easily handle the fine pitch components for high density boards.

Turn-Key PCB assembly is our core business, even in the prototype stage. With our expertise and resources we do everything for you from PCB prototyping, component purchasing and circuit board assembly under one roof. We provide many additional services and programs to ensure that your low volume assembly job is entirely risk free. As a part of our turn-key services, we guarantee 100% electrical testing for all printed circuit boards. We also offer a unique PCB sample program for our turnkey clients; we will send a small number of your assembled PCBs to you for testing ahead of the main production run. Our highly-trained specialists are able to resolve any assembly issues that may arise before your order is shipped out.

Complete the PCB assembly in-house

Entry Wire offers full Turn-Key and partial Turn-Key Circuit Board Assembly Services. We focus on both rigid PCB Assembly and flex PCB assembly. In Full Turn-Key PCB, we handle everything including making circuit boards, ordering components, quality inspection and final assembly. In partial Turn-Key, you can order the PCBs and partial components, we will fix the remaining parts for you.

Functional Testing

Entry Wire offers Functional Testing with its turn-key assembly services. Functional testing usually is performed after the circuit boards are assembled and AOI & visual inspections are finished. Early testing allows us to find and correct component failures, assembly defects or potential design issues at an early stage and make troubleshooting as quick as possible. Finally, customers can deliver a perfect product to their clients in a short time frame.

We would like to work together with you to implement functional testing. Our testing engineer will preview your requirements such as test scope and test instruction, design the test jig if necessary, set up the instruments, and prepare the test report form and design testing workflow.
